About Dr. William Blauer DDS

ABOUT US

• Our dental practice focuses on preventive and restorative general dentistry for the whole family.
• We have a special interest in treating headache and neck pain related to muscle tension.
• We have the latest in technology and methods to efficiently treat dental problems from the most simple to the complex.
• Dr. Blauer has been excited to come and take over this dental practice. He has worked with Dr. Sachau to ensure that patients will be taken care off and the transition will go smoothly, as Dr. Sachau enjoys his retirement.
• He will be making the transition to change the office name to Blauer Family Dental, starting January 3rd 2023.

EDUCATION

• Dr. Blauer served a two-year mission in Germany for the Church of Jesus Christ and then went to BYU-Idaho for undergraduate study.
• While at BYU-I, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Afterwards, he attended the University of Utah, where he graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

ABOUT HIM

• Dr. Blauer is an Idaho native growing up in Burley, Idaho.
• His love of dentistry started when he was a child and had a dental trauma, resulting in breaking several of his front teeth. After years of dental complications, he was able to get a smile he is happy with.
• Dr. Blauer understands wanting to attain a healthy and bright smile and is wanting to help you find or maintain your healthy smile.
• He is excited to be in South Dakota with his wife and young family to raise them in the Spearfish community.

HOBBIES

• Dr. Blauer enjoys spending time with his family doing activities outside and playing sports.
• His favorite hobbies are boating, fishing, playing basketball, snowboarding, and being with family.
